Carrier

Terry’s A/C and Heating is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, a credential we don’t take lightly. Carrier endorses Factory Authorized Dealers to expertly install, maintain and repair HVAC systems efficiently, correctly, and in an environmentally-friendly way. At Terry’s A/C and Heating, we serve our customers with integrity and we stand by the work we do.

Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers consistently conform to a rigorous set of national standards and certifications to qualify for factory endorsement including the following:

  • Advanced Factory Training – Factory Authorized Dealers receive advanced training and continuing education above and beyond standard HVAC state licensure to stay ahead of innovations to equipment.
  • NATE certification – Carrier requires that all technicians earn and maintain NATE certification, a voluntary national credential which tests a technician’s professional competency in installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning and heating equipment.
  • EPA Certification – Carrier requires that contractors hold Environmental Protection Agency certification for HVAC contractors so they have the know-how to properly work with refrigerant chemicals to protect the environment.
  • Sound Business Practices – The factory requires that contractors run a tight ship – maintaining licensure, insurance, continuing education, and that they do such a good job that they maintain a reputation for customer care and satisfaction.

Carrier is so confident that you’ll be happy working with companies like ourselves that they back it up in writing with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

“If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Carrier equipment within one year of the installation date, your Carrier Factory Authorized dealer will correct the problem or remove the equipment and refund your purchase price.”

We can gladly provide a copy of the guarantee for details and limitations. Learn more about Terry’s A/C and Heating, family-owned and operated since 1982, and what makes us different from the crowd.
