Air Conditioning & Heating Repairs
We operate Monday – Saturday (8 am – 6pm) by appointment. We charge a flat diagnostic fee for coming out and assessing why your system isn’t heating or cooling properly. Then, we will offer you choices for how to fix the problem, including the parts that are needed, how long it will take, and what your final bill will be. Our preventative maintenance plans offer discounts off the diagnostic fee. The two we offer include: Peace of Mind Protection Plan (premium) and Essentials Care Protection Plan (budget).
We use easy-to-understand flat rate pricing which includes parts and labor. This pricing is based on national average book times and helps us give you a quicker estimate. You don’t pay extra if it takes longer than we expect. If the piece of equipment is under warranty or you’re not sure, let us know that too. We may be able to save you a few bucks. We make sure all of the equipment we install is registered for the warranty, a value-add that makes us different from many others.
If your system needs refrigerant, we will estimate that separately after recharging your system with a small quantity and judging how it reacts. Every system’s needs for refrigerant can vary widely.
Scheduled Maintenance
Avoid returning home to a hot or frigid home by scheduling spring and fall checks before the onset of severe weather. We typically do these checks in the spring and fall, but they can be done any time of year. If you want to invest in your equipment and surprise breakdowns are not a part of your game plan, our Peace of Mind Protection Plan or Essentials Care Protection Plan might be just the thing for you with scheduled maintenance every 6 months and priority service.
